As contracted First Steps Early Intervention Providers for the state of Kentucky, we specialize in providing care and support for children from birth to age three. Our professionals are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential while providing the best possible care.

If you have concerns about your child's development, we encourage you to always discuss this with your child's pediatrician. You can also reach out to the First Steps (KEIS) local point of entry office in your area to schedule an evaluation. After the evaluation, the service coordinator will establish the best team of professionals to address your child's areas of concern. Sprout Therapy Services may be part of that team. Although we do not take referrals directly, we understand that a child's early years are critical to their overall development, and we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to ensure that every child has a strong foundation upon which to build their future.
