Sprout Therapy Services is looking to partner with compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists to provide in home therapy for children birth to age 3. The providers for Sprout Therapy Services are all independently contracted with the state of Kentucky's Early Intervention Services (KEIS) which was previously known as First Steps.
